Our client is a company that supplies food, grain and energy products around the world.
As an IT Support Specialist you main responsibilities will be:
- Installation of ISV hardware and software as required
- Handling issues and calls from local and remote customers and clients and provide timely problem resolution
- Managing hardware/software vendors relationship
- Managing IT device inventory and analysis of new hardware and back offices software necessities
- Assisting with server setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assisting with network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Overseeing PC, laptop, mobile and tablet setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Be in constant communication with the different offices
Requirements for the position:
- Degree of Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of work experience giving IT support
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL code
- Knowledge of server and network administration (Microsoft platform)
- Experience managing vendor relationships in different countries
- Perfect communication skills
- High level of English and Spanish
