In this position you will be responsible of manage a portfolio of customers in Order to Cash issues, participate and lead projects to ensure continuous improvement, monitoring and settlement of trade policies and collaborating with Sales and Finance Department.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Attend and support external customers with a proactive vision to anticipate their needs.
- Collaborate directly with the Sales Key Account.
- Order Delivery management: Monitoring the Order To Delivery service level.
- Sales and Contracts Policy: Monitor, follow up and validation of contracts to ensure the assessment of Sales policy of its Clients portfolio.
- Collection Management: Ensure that customers pay ensuring compliance, considering all financial conditions negotiated and develop tracking and action plans for the clients.
- Graduated in Engineering, Business Management and Administration or similar
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Operations will be valuable
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Communication skills, team player, motivation and willing to grow professionally
