Our Client’s Service Centre in Barcelona provides centralised training administration services for our customers on a pan-European basis in more than 18 languages and 30 countries.

- Knowledge of excel and formulas
- Comparing and identifying correct information from different databases
- Correctly identify learning items in training administration sofwares (Learning management system) and update their information
- Building learning structures in training administration software from database information
- Tracking each step of the processes in order to make sure nothing is missed
- Creating and pulling reports for quality assurance and check the progress of tasks
- Efficient communication regarding issues that arise and potential solutions
- Handling customer calls / emails during the transitions from one system to another
- Communication skills with colleagues to facilitate solutions to each other
- Support in training for other colleagues
- Adaptability to changes requirements

Qualifications:

- A university degree is desirable
- Previous working experience in a Call Centre and/or in an international environment is a plus
- Strong Admin skills
- Customer satisfaction and service quality are part of your values
- Problem solving and analytical capabilities
- Computer Literacy at user’s level
- Native level of German and Fluent English


- Probation Period: 3 months
- Contract Type: 6 months + possibility of permanent contract.
- Annual Salary: 18.553 € gross amount
- Food Allowance: 10,00 € a day
- Plus Language: 77,30 € gross amount per month.
- Personal Holidays: 23 days
- Bank Holidays: 13 days (120,00 € daily pay if you work on a Spanish Bank Holiday)
