Our client is an awarded study abroad agency that has been organizing tailor-made language and educational programs and courses throughout the world since 1996. Their presence is international, with more than 45 sales offices in Europe, Oceania, Latin America, Asia and North America. Beyond their high linguistic, cultural and geographical diversity they provide support for a wide range of clients including children, teenagers, students, professionals and executives and help them to learn languages while discovering the world.

This role is based in the Barcelona office as part of a small team of multi-lingual Regional Online Marketers, in liaison with the Montreux Headquarters reporting to the SEA strategist.

The Online Marketing Assistant will cultivate and grow the company's online presence. Reporting to the SEA Strategist, you will assist in the planning, execution, analysis, and optimisation that will drive traffic to
the company's portfolio of websites and increase conversion amongst the websites’ visitors.

You have an excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords, both
search and display, besides knowledge on other acquisition channels and tools..

Your main responsibilities will be:

Assisting with the overall growth for leads and audience for digital channels, mainly SEA but also Remarketing, Display, Social Media Advertising and Affiliation, based on a strict budget control.
- Work with the online marketing team to optimize ROI of all paid digital
- marketing by measuring, managing, and analysing performance of
- campaigns.
- Provide on-going analysis of paid search campaigns, visibility and traffic
- metrics.
- Analyse client audience, competitors, market and trends to improve
- optimisation.
- Be the point of contact with country sales managers for punctual bannering
- deals.
- KPI’s monitoring, reporting and analysis of results; detect issues and propose
- improvements.
- Assisting on the creation of marketing materials (banners, e-mailings, landing
- pages) working closely with Graphic Design and Web teams.

Requirements:

- An excellent level of both French and English; any additional European language is a plus
- 1+ year of experience in online marketing, with an emphasis on Google AdWords managing multilanguage accounts.
- Proven experience in managing multilingual campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
- Deep knowledge of online digital acquisition channels and performance display.
- Deep knowledge of Analytics, Tag Manager, Merchant Center and Facebook Business Manager. Ability to learn and use new digital tools and platforms.
- Very strong skills in Excel and office pack.
- Performance and KPI driven.
- Knowledge of A/B testing tools and methodology will be a plus.
- Accomplished range of skills from creativity to detailed operational execution.

- Strong in teamwork.
