You will call existing and potential business clients who are looking to purchase telecommunications equipment. Working within the UKAN business unit, you will form part of the UK sales team located in our offices in the centre of Barcelona.

Job Description:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients to win business
• Deliver on your sales and call targets
• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate new leads
• Develop excellent knowledge of our products to provide the best solutions for clients
• Recognise opportunities to upsell and cross sell products to increase order value
• Monitor personal daily call and sales data
• Maintain records of contacts and customers
• Comply with all company procedures

• Native English speaker
• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales with a focus on outbound sales
• Proven success in achieving sales targets
• Deal with high call volumes efficiently and effectively
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Self-motivated, able to show initiative
• Good level of education
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

• Attractive base salary + uncapped commissions
• Working hours: Full time position (40 h/ per week) and office hours
• 22 days holiday per year
• Multi-national, friendly office located in the centre of Barcelona close to Paseo de Gracia
