As Personal Assistant you will be responsible for all the administrative tasks and the Director's first hand.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
-Handling confidential information
-Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail with client and organizations relationships
-Liaising with Property Managers and Real Estate agents
-Organizing travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions and Director's personal issues and agenda.
-Administration Ad hoc duties
We are looking for a person with the following experience, qualifications and skills:
-International Attitude.
- Ability to work to a high standard and deal with clients at all levels.
-Spanish and English Proficiency.
-Catalan and any other language will be a plus.

-Able to handle a fast-paced office environment.
