Our client is a multinational web fleeting and vehicle tracking management company based in Barcelona.
As a QA Automation Engineer, your main functions will be:
-Advise and guide your peers towards solutions which are going to be acceptable by customers and stakeholders quality-wise.
-Increase the quality of the software.
-Planning, execution, analysis and documentation of software tests with a strong focus on test automation were it increases efficiency.
-Creation of tests plans and test scenarios and analysis of requeriments and test data.
-Analysis and improvement of processes for a sustained quality assurance.
-Administration and configuration of the test environment.
-Tests process improvements.
We are looking for a person with:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
-Good knowledge of tests methods, tests processes and test management.
-Good technical comprehension of the software development.
-Have a deep knowledge of Java, C# or Oython.
-Experience with Selenium or Ranorex.
-Fluent in English (written and spoken).
-Great communicator who likes to work with software engineers; you will interact a lot with UX engineers, other developers, component owners and system engineers.
-You must be an analytic, goal-oriented, quality-focused, yet still agile person.
