Tasks:
Reporting to the Manager of the department your mission as Quality Compliance Agent for the Dutch market will be to ensure the quality of the service offered to the restaurants as well as the users of our portals.
The following functions must be performed:
- Improving the training of our Restaurants on the use of our software
- Realising and analysing reports on the use of our software (restaurants).
- Manage the potential incidents between our Restaurants and our users.
- Improving the attention and quality that our Restaurants give to our users.
- Proposing improvement on the experience of both our users and our clients (Restaurants) with the use of our software.
-High level of the following languages: Dutch (native), English and Spanish (high) .Valuable other languages like French.
- Be rigorous, organised, dynamic and autonomous.
- It is very important to be customer-oriented, with the ability to manage conflicts and adaptation in your communication.
- Have an advanced level of Excel to analyse and understand statistics.
- Able to multitask and adaptable to change.
