Our client is a luxury Real Estate company.
You will be responsible for the first contact of the clients with the company and all the administrative support.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Dealing with clients in a professional and courteous manner, face-2-face, on the telephone or via e-mail
-Carrying out instructions given by the management team and head office
-Handling confidential information
-Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing mail
-Liaising with Property Managers and Real Estate agents
-Organizing travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
-Administration duties
We are looking for a person with the following experience, qualifications and skills:
-Ability to work to a high standard and deal with clients at all levels.
-Catalan and Spanish native speaker is a plus.
-Other languages are a plus
-Highly organized
-Good presence
-Able to handle a fast-paced office environment
-Polite
-Helpful
-Excellent telephone manner
-Strong MS Office and administrative skills
-Permanent position.
