As part of our company, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, under the continuous guidance of our Consultants. You will be dealing first hand with both candidates and clients and ensuring the smooth running of the selection process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has:
- High level of English and Spanish
- Other European language is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Economics, or similar
- Previous experience in HR recruitment
- Experience within an international environment is a plus
And is:
- Dynamic, open minded and able to multitask
- Communicative with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about HR recruitment
- Continuous training
- Internship programme of 6 months + possibility of 3 month extension
- Monthly grant €700
- The possibility of joining the company once the internship is completed
