Our client is an international company from the professional telecom equipment sector.

You will perform a range of sales support functions such as the processing of orders, organizing returns and dealing with customer enquiries. Working within the UKAN business unit, you will form part of the UK sales team located in our offices in the centre of Barcelona.

Description

• Processing of sales orders
• Dealing with customer enquiries
• Organising customer returns
• Generating reports
• Pre and post sales customer support
• Collection of overdue payments

Requirements:

• Excellent English, spoken and written
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Very organised with a great eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Hard-working and professional
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
• Great computer skills including Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of Spanish and/or French a plus
