These are your responsibilities:
As a dedicated scrum master for two teams you are responsible for successful implementation of scrum methodology
You support our scrum teams in optimizing their development methodology
You organize and chair the scrum meetings and accompany the team in fulfilling the sprint goals by proactively removing obstacles and communicating with other teams
You are regarded as ambassador for Scrum and its values and continuously achieve improvement by systematic analysis and metrics
You support the self-organization and the transition of the responsibility to the scrum team members
You consult the product owner in the preparation of the product vision, stories and in the grooming of the backlog

You have a university degree or an equivalent qualification as career changer with excellent experience
You have years of experience working in technology companies as a scrum master
Scrum master certification is desired but not a must
