A results-driven Social Media and Online Community Manager who can excel within the following set of responsibilities:

- Manages all social media channels, campaigns to build a solid audience and to increase social media engagement.
- Researches and analyses social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.

- Oversee all company social media accounts management. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

- Coordinate social media messaging with other departments, managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals. Create editorial calendars and posting schedules.

- Manage a small external social media team, including freelancers, copywriters and other content creators, overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction, also remotely.

- Audit and analyze social media investment, including digital advertising costs and returns.

- Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.

- Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

- Monitor and report on competitor activity within social media spaces.


Someone who lives and breathes social media, possessing a high level of expertise in growing large communities and building compelling engagement numbers on at least 2 of the major platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

A highly strategic social media expert who is self-directed, autonomous and results-oriented.

Marketing or Social Media, Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Photo Editing Skills.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role. Native English is required. Spanish language skills will be highly appreciated. Other foreign languages will be a plus.
