Our Client is a provider of software-based solutions for the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) sector and adjacent markets including security, police and parking.
As a System Integration Engineer you will be responsible of:
- System integration of hardware devices
- Work closely with sales personal to provide technical support and trainnings to clients
- Development of key requirements if software integration is required
- Creation and reviews of technical documentacion such us system drawings, bid, user guides, quick-start guides, solution packages, system diagrams, test procedures and systems and site acceptance tests
- Establishment of warranty procedures with vendors and operations
- Be prepared to travel in Europe and Middle East and other countries from time to time
- Provide technical field support
- Ability to assemble and test systems for proof of concept and systems acceptance tests
- Project management of deployment of initial solutions
- Oversee installation and commissioning of projects as required to ensure a successful conclusion where required
- Minimum of 5 years experience with system integration engineering
- Good communication and technical sales presentation skills
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, CAD, Windows operating systems, Networking
- Electrical/Electronics/Networking Ability to configure wired and wireless TCP/IP networks and the associated components
- Ability to configure a PC to communicate on a local network, including an understanding of both static and dynamic IP addressing parameters
- Ability to create cabling for a variety of communication interfaces including; serial data (RS232/RS485) TCP/IP, and general purpose IO.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.

- Understand Electrical systems such as: Power Supplies/solar battery and panel array load design, Relays, Cabling and Surge protection.
