Our client is a young and competitive consulting company specialized in large-scale Web Experience Management
projects for enterprise customers. They specialize in delivering the tools and the know-how to support their customer's entire eStrategy - including content management, social media and mobile delivery.

We are looking for a colleague who is experienced in Talent Management administration. You are a good fit if you are used to work in a fast paced and international environment supporting all HR admin activities; you are a well-organized person, like to help others and are a trustworthy and reliable person.

You are a good communicator, results driven, detail oriented and you know how to handle employee requests anytime with the ability to prioritize tasks!

Your accountabilities:

Maintains HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick time, etc.
Guide new employees by providing new employee orientation packages; payroll information; explaining NC benefit programs
Document HR activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
Create payroll spreadsheets, reports, etc., if required
Respond to first line HR administrative queries as appropriate, e.g. face to face or via email or telephone, written correspondence
Ensure all employee information is processed accurately
Ensure compliance with employment laws security and health plans
Prepare employment contracts, appendix or any documentation required as well as communications to payroll provider
Supporting the planning and execution of teambuilding activities
Manage external HR administration providers, especially those dedicated to payroll, health and safety and compensation benefits
Administrating benefit packages
Collaborate with other HR projects or activities

HR, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar University Degree.
2 to 4 years experience in a similar position having experience in an HR administrative role within an international/multicultural and fast paced environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Able to deal with confidential and sensitive information
Accuracy, attention to detail and meet deadlines
Hands-on approach
Methodical and organized approach
Ability to work autonomously
Experience in SAP, Workday, Peoplesoft or equivalent
Knowledge of Spanish legislation
Proficiency level in English and Spanish, any other language skills is a plus
