Our client is a highlights company in the US dedicated to the sports sector with new offices in barcelona!
It allows ticket resellers to create their own custom rules to automatically reprice their tickets in line with real time
market price.
You will work closely with the Customer Support, Technical Support and Development teams, assisting customers and performing in-depth troubleshooting for issues raised by our users and customers.
• You will be responsible of tickets assigned to you, and will troubleshoot the issue until resolved, involving any teams or resources required.
• Coming up with workarounds where possible, while providing long term fixes through changes in the code of the application.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure overall quality of your code.
• Document changes in the code, fixes and troubleshooting processes.
• Collaborate with the development team and perform development tasks as required.
• Due to the location of our user base and the nature of our business organization the working hours may change and therefore flexibility to work in different time schedules is
required
Experience:
• Ideally 3 or more years of experience as Software Developer.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
• Technical support experience will be considered an asset.
• Demonstrable experience in:
o Linux (expert)
o PHP/Laravel (required)
o MySQL
o Mongo (Optional)
o Nginx
o JIRA
o Javascript:
