Our client is a global leader in training.

The company´s Service Centre in Barcelona provides centralized training administration services for customers on a pan-European basis in more than 20 languages and 36 countries.

As a Training Administrator Customer Support Representative you will be reporting to a supervisor. Your objective will be to offer Training Consultancy Services to their customers (B2B).

Your main responsibilities:

-Adhere to Business, Quality and H.R. policies and practices presented to you
-Represent best interests in any contact with its customers
-Aim to exceed customers’ expectations regarding contractual commitments
-Observe the maintenance of internal and external Service Level Agreements with its customers
-Deliver Customer Service with excellence to outsourcers
-Support the achievement of Sales Objectives
-Man telephone lines and email accounts according to contractual requirements from customers
-Perform inbound and outbound activities according to daily plan presented to you by your supervisor
-Document customer interaction in the designated database to allow issue tracking and statistical accuracy
-Adhere to internal and external reporting lines by carrying out instructions given to you by your superiors and showing flexibility in relation to the use of your language and telesales skills to support other colleagues and teams

Qualifications

-Native level of German

Experience

-A previous customer servide/administrative or business experience is a plus

-Computer Literacy at user’s level

-Ability to work on own initiative and collectively as a team.

-17.600 € gross per year + Food Allowance: 10€ / day
-Contract for a project until August with a high possibility to continue working on another projects in the future
