Our client is a multinational Digital Tech Company. Their main market is in North America but they have presence in: Europe and Australia.

The Web Optimization Manager / CRO Specialist plays a critical role in managing the execution of website projects and landing pages for lead generation, as well as eCommerce sales. This person will report to the Marketing Director, and its role will involve collaboration with all departments including project management, marketing sales, IT, executives and outside vendors.

In collaboration with the digital advertising agency Executive team, the Web Optimization Manager / CRO Specialist will own the A/B testing queue, SEO implementation, web insights and analytics, all product content and oversee acquisition marketing activities for a recently launched product.

CRO, CONTENT OPTIMISATION:

- Own the website(s) and landing pages content and its optimisation. Make sure they are always functioning perfectly, converting well and delivering the best possible user experience
- Use data to drive plans: perform ROI analysis and drive decisions on opportunities and marketing/conversion effectiveness
- Create compelling content, user experiences with innovative workflows delivering high-converting landing pages and banners for various traffic sources (AdWords, Facebook, affiliates, email marketing, direct traffic, etc.)
- Increasing the visit-to-lead and lead-to-sale rates of our products through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with internal / external departments to create implementation plans for new content and features
- Work with Executives Marketing Director to develop the product digital strategy
- Staying on top of Conversion Rate Optimisation trends and best practices
- Produce and present testing roadmap and CRO performance reports

USER ACQUISITION :

- Be the website expert by understanding the current landscape and working to execute the strategy and goals for our websites and lead user acquisition goals
- Leads the development of paid, owned and earned digital marketing strategies
- Oversee internal Affiliates Display activities. Manage PPC Agency

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience with website and e-Commerce management
- Four-year college degree required in Marketing or related course of study
- Fluent in English, American native preferred
- Fluent in conversion rate optimization and the search landscape
- Has worked with CRO, Google Analytics or other website analytics optimisation tools
- Expertise in using web analytics and sales data to drive decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key site changes/enhancements.
- Excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design sense
- Solid understanding of online acquisition marketing strategies; Google Adwords, SEO and other Performance Marketing channels
- Familiarity with CMS systems and writing content
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Excellent analystical skills and understanding of the fundamental elements tha convert visitors into qualified leads&sales.
Strong candidates will have also have experience driving traffic to the website from paid, earned and owned media channels, and will be well-versed in the art of converting website traffic into product sales.
