HR Manager France and Benelux 60-80% time, 12 moth temporary assignment
· Responsible for delivering the full scope of HR processes in France
· Act as HR business partner to the Management team in France as well as to Line Managers
· Collaborate with the local works council
· Further improve operation HR processes in France
· Direct collaboration with the HRSC team (Human Resources Service Center) located in Barcelona for payroll and HR administration topics.
· HR Generalist / HR Consultant, Compensation and Benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training
· Good command of English
· Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist and specialist role in France
