Multinational American company.

The CS Representative will provide efficient support to customers, sales teams and finance department for the German market to ensure product availability and technical advice.

Your main responsibilities would be:
-Answer incoming phone calls, giving technical information and/or placing orders into the system;
Respond to customer requests and solve their issues by providing them with product and service information and serving as liaison between the customer and various departments;
-Enter orders into the system, control stock and back orders follow up on delivery. Process returned items in order to ensure the clients receive the needed items on time and ensure all processes meet the company’s policies;
-Set up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure that all data is accurate;

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Native level of German
-Fluent level of Spanish and English

Experience:
-Experience in a multinational Customer Service department, preferably in the healthcare industry

Skills:
-Microsoft Office user
-Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system

Soft Skills:
-Customer oriented
-Stress resistant
-Well organised
-Good communication skills
