Main Functions:
- Resolve IT incidents or request in order to ensure that all employees can perform their jobs correctly.
- Install and maintain Hardware/Software/Infrastructure in order to supply users.
- Purchase IT equipment in order to supply users with the Hardware needed to work.
- Maintain Phone System.
- Perform Improvement/Migration projects in order to update the IT infrastructure when needed.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Information Technology or Computer Science Engineering or Technical Engineering degree.
- Technical and practical knowledge of Hardware, Software and Network.
- At least one of these Certificates: MS and/or DELL.
- Basic knowledge of BB/phones/tablets/apple.
- Familiar with Back-up solutions and policies.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of similar experience.
Skills:
- Good team player.
- Work under pressure.
- Learning/adapting fast in different environments.
- English ans Spanish - Advanced certificate.
