As a Finance and Administration Manager (f/m) you enable the subsidiary to operate successfully in the market according to the corporate philosophy. In this position you directly report to the Managing Director.

Your scope of responsibility
Preparation of month- and year-end closing as well as a suitable reporting system for the local management
Management of the local planning process to define appropriate goals for the next financial year in cooperation with the Managing Director as well as the headquarter
Continuous further development of processes with regards to efficiency and cost aspects
Local point of contact for all central commercial processes in the headquarter including Human Resources and IT
Contact person for financial auditors, local authorities and external consultants to ensure the compliance of all local laws and regulations
Integral financial claims management including management of dunning process and defining payment terms
Monitoring and settlement of sales agreement with dealers

Your professional profile
Studies in business administration
Extensive professional experience in a comparable position in a sales company
High level of confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to analyze and solve difficult situations
Service-oriented, loyal, reliable and precise
Excellent Spanish and English language skills; German is advantageous
Good abilities in SAP as well as MSOffice, especially Excel
