As an SEO Manager your main responsibilities will be:
-Develop SEO strategy for growth and to acquire quality traffic
-Coordinate and execute on and off-site SEO initiatives with internal teams and external partners
-Perform technical site audits and propose recommendation in alignment with IT department
-Manage and lead website architecture design optimized for SEO
-Coordinate SEO content lifecycle process
-Create instructions for copywriters to implement when creating content
-Leverage / promote existing content
-Lead white-hat link content outreach campaigns to generate incoming links and mentions.
-Maintain compliance with leading Search Engines trends and algorithm changes.
-Perform keyword research to reach prioritized audiences Recommend new KW opportunities strategies (content subjects, social posts, media, et al)
-Monitor evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
-Report on project development, timelines, and results
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-2+ years experience in SEO projects with proven results
- High level of English and Spanish
-Able to effectively report ideas, strategies and results
-Continuous learner and adaptable to changing SEO landscape and company objectives
-Excellent analytic, organizational, project management and time management skills
-A/m traffic
-Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic and passion for your work (SEO)
-Attention to detail, ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
-Ability to effectively multi-task and align work and commercial strategy to business objectives
-Experience coordinating different partners stakeholders
-Strong communicator, both speaking and writing.
