The CS Team Leader will provide efficient support to customers, sales teams and finance department for the French market to ensure product availability and technical advice.

Your main responsibilities would be:

-Plan and supervise Customer Service daily activity in his/her area of responsibility. Act as the link between the team and the management, but also between the customer and the management in order to ensure a high-quality service in each area of responsibility.
-Answer all incoming phone calls, giving technical information and/or placing orders into the computer system in order to meet the customer’s expectations.
-Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing them with product and service information.
-Enter all orders and warranty data into the systems, control stock and back orders and follow up on delivery. Process returned items in order to ensure the clients receive the needed items on time and ensure all processes meet the company’s policies.
-Set up new accounts, maintain records and perform in administrative-related duties to ensure that all data is accurate.
-Coordinate the set up of consignment stocks and maintenance of it in order to ensure a high-quality service.
-Research billing issues and misapplied payments, settle invoices against payments and credit notes, create credit notes and invoices and solve all general financial issues for clients in order to help the finance department.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Native level of French
-Fluent level of Spanish and English
-2 years working experience in a high-end Customer Service role
-Experience in working with operative systems
-Experience in managing a team is desired
-Some knowledge of the dental industry is a plus
-Customer Service Oriented
-Team player
-Problem solver
-General financial knowledge is a plus
-MS Office
