Multinational American company, leader in producing Medical Devices.

Perform HR-related duties within the region of EMEA with focus on Spain. Support implementation of procedures and processes with a special responsibility for recruiting and training tasks in cooperation with the business partners.

Your main responsibilities would be:

-Plans and supports the recruitment processes in the region of responsibility according to the country needs and budget figures in order to ensure fully staffed teams.
-Communicate and cooperate with external service providers for recruiting projects
-Driving the annual training planning and supporting Managers in identifying and assessing training needs; organizes training and development activities accordingly. Advises departments in the delivery of training material, suggesting methodologies to reach the right target audience.
-Collaborates with internal departments or corporate organizations to meet company training directives and remain compliant.
-Manages all administrative aspects of employee life circle and prepares all necessary documentation to maintain up to date and accurate employee files.
-Cooperates with external providers regarding HR related topics such as Health and Safety among others, in order to understand legal local requirements and comply accordingly.
-Support in all HR related programs, like the annual Performance Review Process .
-Responsible for the Induction Program for new team members of the company.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-BA or Master degree in HR or similar (e.g. Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HR
-Min. 3 years professional experience in an HR function of an international company; ideally with focus on Recruiting Training
-Fluent language skills in English and Spanish are required; other European languages are considered a plus.
-Good self-organization, confidentiality, professional communication skills
-IT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programs
