Our client is a fast growing action sports company.
As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
-All credit control functions looking after the assigned European dealers or distributors ledgers
-Chase debt via telephone, email and letter
-Liaise with customer services and sales team to resolve issues
-Provide monthly report on debt 90 days
-Monitor and release orders for shipment
-Set up new accounts following the account opening procedure
-Liaise with dealer and internal sales regarding the control and payment of their accounts
-Review call plans on a weekly basis and provide sales reps with relevant information on the individual dealer
-Implementation of payment tools
-Allocate receipts against relevant invoices
-Maintain the flow of queried items and business partner data to ensure up to date and accurate
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Experience:
-At least 1 year of experience in credit controlling/collection.
Languages:
-Excellent Level of English and Spanish. German is a plus.
-German is a plus
