Our client is a multinational group, one of the leading companies in Europe in the Domain Hosting business, positioning itself among the top players in the markets in which it operates.

They offer professional digital services aimed at building the online presence of their customers, domain registration, hosting, servers, website creation, e-commerce, brand protection.

The candidate will support the customers about the Company products and services. He/She will offer an excellent customer experience, detecting all the needs they have, and providing quickly and efficiently the information needed. He/She will support customers mainly by phone but it can be by email if needed.

Responsibilities:

-Answer the information inquired about domains, email, hosting, servers and web tools creation.
-Solve issues about products acquired from our customers
-Identify customer needs, advice and support them during the purchase cycle
-Take care of the customer and help him/her to grow with our product / service portfolio
-Escalate the issues you cannot solve to the 2nd Level.
-Establish good relationship with the customer providing an outstanding customer experience
-Follow up of the cases not solved at the first call.

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-Native or High Level of French
-Good knowledge of English
-Knowledge in the area of registration and management of domain names is a plus

Experience:
-Demonstrable Experience in Customer service department. If not, a strong customer focus is mandatory

Soft skills:
-Strong motivation in the relationship with the customer
-Good communication skills
-High ability to communicate and manage written and oral information
-Strong customer focus
-Willing to learn and grow personally and professionally inside a leading company in the internet sector.
