Global fashion retail brand.

Responsibilities:

-Managing and coordinating the HRBP team accross the DACH region
-Recruitment and staffing on multiple levels.
- Supporting of new store openings in terms of forecasting store structure and salaries, welcoming and coaching of new employees.
-Creating and building up of action plans with training solutions tailored to individual needs.
-Conflict management.
-Implementation and follow up of HR policies.
-Budgets, Controlling and setting up individual and team KPI.
-Operate staff expenses and controlling monthly personnel expenses and hours budgets for the different stores.
-Support the stores on legal aspects such as payroll and contracts.

Requirements:

-5+ years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar position (preferably within the retail sector).
-Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP is a plus.
-Previous experience and knowledge of Labour Law mandatory.
-Proficient in German and English mandatory. Spanish is a plus!
-Spanish desirable.
-Availability to travel around 60-80% of your time.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Flexibility.
