Our client is a Mall Management Company

As a Personal Assistant and Project Manager, you will be giving administrative support to the Director and give confidential day-to-day support and provide a proactive service to ensure the smooth running of the administration and support in arranging business schedules.

You will be responsible for:

-Tasks related to Special Projects
-Specific Personal Assistant tasks, such as:
*Business Director’s email (income/outcome) daily/weekly check
*Calls daily/weekly check
*Agenda management and trips arrangements
*Events attendance
*Expenses monthly reporting
*Be the link with departments reporting to the Business Director
-Working closely with all the assistants as to guarantee the Business Director’s and other Directors needs
-Working closely with BA directly reporting to the Business Director as to cover all business needs


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

-Fluent in Spanish and English
-Degree level

Experience

-Previous experience working at senior Board level in a large corporate, fast-paced environment
-Previous experience in Marketing or Retail Sector
-Significant knowledge in project management

Skills

-Excellent Microsoft Office skills and speeds – especially Outlook

Soft Skills

-Capable of doing synthesis, analysis and conclusions
-Ability to use initiative, pre-empt requests, be proactive and to think ahead
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of Business
-Strong organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
-Confidentiality and an eye for detail
