As an Intern, you will be working in the EMEAI Customer Experience Quality team and reporting to an assigned tutor. Your objective will be to help developing and implementing business quality tools for all the internal clients.
The CEQ team supports >1200 users > 200 managers in the Sales, Marketing Support functions in our regional field operations. They have a variety of responsibilities including business process management, project management, sales operations, customer experience improvement initiatives, business analysis management reporting, CRM support development. The team works in a varied systems environment with platforms including SAP (CRM/ECC/BCM), Siebel and internal/custom built solutions reporting tools.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Data management, analysis, reporting, testing, end user support, operational maintenance activities for the company’s critical sales marketing function.
You will apply your coursework to a variety of focused hands-on projects. At the same time, you will gain and apply knowledge about the industry, infrastructure and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.
We are looking for somebody with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
•Qualifications
-CURRENLY STUDYING a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management / Business IT, computer engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent Level of English
•Skills
-Proficient MS-Office user (excellent Excel skills are a must);
-Previous experience with any database or systems is a plus;
-understanding of relational databases data management
•Soft skills
-excellent communication skills;
-the abilitiy to work as part of a team;
-a business and client driven spirit;
-a professional attitude and strong work ethic;
-Strong ability to summarise and present content, working with PowerPoint
-Project management experience would be an advantage.
-Desire to learn and grow within the department.
Other:
-It is highly important that you can sign an Internship agreement with your University for 12 months.
