Important Retail Company

As a Retail Coordinator, you will be working at the Madrid offices and reporting to the Deputy Retail Director. Your objective will be supporting the Retail Team with the coordination of all retail activities and initiatives for Village with the objective of improving store productivity, maintenance, hospitality and sales targets.

You will be responsible for:

-Support in the implementation and administration of the Retail Strategy
-Provide support to the Retail team to reach Business goals
-Communicate and follow up on all administrative related issues to the different departments
-Co-ordinate the correct communication to the relevant parties at the right time whilst ensuring a proper follow up is achieved across all distribution channels
-Support new store openings by supporting new Brands with staff recruitment
-Ensure the Retail HR Tool Kit is up to date
-Act as liaison between Brand store managers and the Village Management Team
-Co-participation in the creative of the monthly newsletter representing retail aspects and co-participation in the creative of the Village News
-Support the Visual Merchandiser and Retail Managers by ensuring effective and well-coordinated implementation of all seasonal campaigns that Retail and Marketing develop for the stores
-Keep up-to-date figures with staff turnover (newcomers/leavers) in the Village
-Provide support for Retail Director by coordinating agenda, emails and calls
-Participate in special projects as necessary

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

-Fluent in English and Spanish
-University degree

Experience

-Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a fashion environment

Skills

-Excel
-CRM

Soft skills

-Excellent verbal and written skills specifically in regard to building relationships with suppliers and external contacts
-Numerate with strong computer literacy
-Excellent eye for detail and organisational skills
-Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
-Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
-Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Strong analytical, process oriented and customer-centric solution driven skills with an eye for detail
