Our client is a leading multinational online reservations company based in Lille.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in the Customer Service division and reporting the team manager. Your objective will be handling pre- and post booking inquiries.
Your main responsibilities:
-Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
-Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
-Processing travelling reservations via telephone
-Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
-Relationship management
-Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
-Ensuring the complete reservations cycle and supporting all issues
Qualifications:
-Excellent level of Czech
-Fluent in English
-Experienced with internet and travel industry

Other:
-Available to work full-time (35 h/week) and flexible in work schedule
-Available to attend a full-time paid training

-A gross salary of EUR 1750€,- based on 35 hours;
-A guaranteed 5% salary increase after the first 6 months, and another 5% increase after a full year;
