The International Project Manager works mainly on the 10 following topics :
Support of the International Merger Acquisition projects:
- Takes part in change management
- Anticipate the future functioning of the subsidiaries in terms of organization and duties
- He contributes to the optimization of business processes in the subsidiaries
- Participate to the gap analysis realized in the subsidiaries.
- Anticipates the changes needed and their impact (gap analysis…)
- Manages the priorities with the department concerned
- Leads operational projects: planning, deployment, monitors quality of project implementation, allocates appropriate resources to projects, monitors risks resulting from project implementation
- Works closely with all departments in order to follow-up strategic projects
- Follows-up the allocated budget
- Keeps a map of subsidiary development situation level of maturity
Support each country at each level of hierarchy
- Focuses on the goals he is in charge of giving the right meaning to projects
- Fosters good practices in order to replicate them in the subsidiaries
- Ensures training of local stakeholders in order to increase local competence
Contributes to the global consistence of business processes
- Ensures a good level of discussion between units stakeholders
- Identifies the tool and means to control safety issues (cash management, security)
- Takes part in the building of international standards (CSR, Equipement…)
- Monitors Analyses local indicators
- Master’s degree – Business Management
- Project Management experience - good understanding of business operations and business management needs.
- Managing priorities, project approach, transversal management, leading meetings, change management.
- Good analytical skills, tenacity, good organization,autonomous, ability to adjust to new situations, ability to cope with stress, leader, result focused.
