We are hiring a Business Line Communications - Business Partner to a multinational company of the IT sector.

- This role works within and reports to the Internal Communications specialism of the Marketing Corporate Communications team for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) region.
- The role is full time for one of four business lines (EMEIA MIS, EMEIA BAS, EMEIA Products or EMEIA Sales).
- The role holder will provide support as Internal Communications business partner to the head of the relevant EMEIA business line.
- While day to day work will be nearly entirely focused on the business line, the role holder is part of the EMEIA internal communications team and as such must maintain a wider perspective and occasionally will do work which is not directly related to that business line.
- The role holder will support the company, and the business line in particular, to achieve its business and communications goals through drumbeat internal communications to all employees based in that business line.
- The role holder is tasked with ensuring consistency and alignment regarding business line internal communications across all EMEIA countries.
- The role holder will manage the development, planning and execution of an impactful internal communications strategy and plan for the business line, in alignment with the wider internal and external communications plan for the EMEIA region.
- The role holder will maintain tight connection with members of the Internal Communications, Reputation Management, Public Relations, and Analyst Relations teams to develop innovative, excellent, and integrated employee communications materials
- Ensure that internal communications within the business line are brand compliant and contribute to the protection and enhancement of corporate values, reputation and relationships with key stakeholders.

- Knowledge and understanding of Internal Communications function (public/media relations, analyst relations, external/customer communications, and/or marketing communications also a benefit)
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and delegate some tasks to team members as necessary.
- Proven experience working with senior, often demanding, stakeholders to tight timelines (and demonstrated ability to push back respectfully if this results in a better outcome).
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and implement multiple communication projects with a degree of complexity at both a strategic and tactical level. Must have demonstrated the ability to manage resources, develop and manage a budget, and implement communications measurement techniques.
- Experience working within a complex international matrix structure required
- Project management skills
- Educated to degree level and/or relevant skills and knowledge
- 3+ years performing one or more Communication functions (public/media relations, analyst relations, internal/employee/executive communications, external/customer communications, and/or marketing communications).
- Corporate or agency experience is required. Hi-tech or information technology solutions/services industry knowledge is a plus.
- Communications experience related to crisis management and industrial relations/workers councils is a plus.
- Outstanding English writing and editing skills are required. Other languages (particularly other European or Japanese) a plus.
- Experience and/or interest in working in a multilingual, multicultural environment
- Sound working knowledge of Windows based software packages and ideally Sharepoint.
