As a Recruiter, you will:
-Provide full recruitment support to our client´s team for French and international positions.
-Develop recruiting plans for assigned vacancies
-Identify and assess potential candidate sources and recommend them for use based on previous success and knowledge of the marketplace
-Interview and manage active candidates, ensuring that our client´s employment value is communicated effectively.
-Act as a liaison with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that they are kept up to date on the status of open vacancies, candidate pipeline and active candidate status and expectations.
-Ensure that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to support current openings and anticipate resource requirements
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-2-3 years of experience in recruitment in a multinational environment
-Native or excellent level of French
-Fluent level of English
-Ability to develop solutions to problems of moderate complexity
-Result orientation
-Solid negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence all levels of management
-Strong organizational and team player skills
-Flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude
-Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection or University degree in Human Resources or similar.
