International fashion company is opening a new flagship store located in Mallorca.
They are looking for a General Manager to lead and manage this challenging project.
As a General Manager your main responsabilities will be:
- Embrace demonstrate the companies brand philosophy EMEA values.
- Maximize store performance profitability through a customer first culture.
- Communicate implement the retail strategy initiatives to support the company business vision.
- Inspire, lead develop the store team to deliver the curstomers xperience to an exceptional level.
- Guarantee the highest standards of Brand Presentation execution operational efficiencies.
- More than 10 years of professional experience working in Retail with demonstrated experience managing successfully high volume business (people budget).
- Very appreciated experience in luxury sector.
- Proactive, positive and dynamic personality.
- High customer and people service orientation. Experience leading big teams, with motivation, develop and leadership skills.
- Good social and communication skills.
- KPIs management
- Essential advanced level of English.
- Managing of MS Office.
