The Payroll Specialist will work in a newly established team and will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of payrolls for German speaking clients.
He/She will communicate with clients and ensure that all payroll, accounting and auxiliary system requirements are met (e.g., tax filings, banking requirements, wage garnishments, benefits, stock and pension record keeping). A passion for service excellence as well as effective teamwork traits will help ensure success. The company will provide a proper training and supervision before the Payroll Specialist starts working independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Review and process client’s payroll records (it includes e.g.: current employees, new hires, wage changes,…)
-Communicate with client's payroll, accounting or human resources department
-Apply quality control and auditing measures during payroll processing to minimize errors and ensure accuracy
-Meet or exceed all established deadlines for payroll processing
-Be responsible for running appropriate reports, analyzing resulting data, and determining necessary corrective actions
-Assist in tax calculations and filing activities
-Respond to payroll queries from managers and employees

-Minimum of a High School diploma (A-level), University degree is preferred;
-German language - fluent (C1)/ Intermediate (B2);
-English language - Working level;
-Experience processing payroll and/or accounting is a plus, but it´s not mandatory requirement
-Ability to work with data (Excel) and think analytically
(experience processing payroll and/or accounting is an advantage);
-Decision-making, problem-solving ability;
-Self–driven, independent thinker able to work in a team;
-Motivated.

-10% annual bonus from your yearly Gross salary. This is dependent on the result of the company and the performance.
