Our client is a family owned Austrian business with more than 100 people working across Europe and with five partner offices in Asia. Their products, mainly motorcycles, are distributed in and exported to more than 60 countries worldwide.
The Sales Team Leader will lead a small team of Sales Agents. Reporting directly to the CEO in Austria, the Team Leader will:
-Provide effective leadership and management to the team, ensuring that all key performance and sales targets are met via performance monitoring, 1:1 meetings and motivation
-Supervising/leading allocation of tasks within the team on a daily basis and ensuring all process and procedures are followed accurately in all areas.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Travelling to other Spanish cities to meet clients
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Dealing with any escalations that cannot be dealt with by the team, ensuring you teach the team how they can do this effectively
-Implement and follow processes and procedures, continually looking for improvements by analysing data and trends
-Encourage team motivation, drive and promote a happy working environment
- At least a year of experience of leading a Team
- Experience in Key Account Management
- Previous experience in the motorcycle industry is desired
- An outstanding supervisory experience
- Previous experience in running an office
- Ability to work independently
- High level of Spanish
- At least B2 level of English
- Good command of German is desired
