Our client is a company specialized in the education sector with business at international level. Its offices are located in Barcelona and Sant Cugat.
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Career Team where you will be an essential part of the business strategy process.
The main tasks will be:
-Analyzes data related to sectors, functional areas and locations detecting opportunities of business / recruitment growth at a global level.
-Analyzes student related data to identify trends and gaps in terms of soft / hard Skills, to be implemented via students' talent development tracks.
. Analyzes data and produces high level reporting for the schools positioning in the global rankings, key element to maintain the leadership in the market.
-Liases with departments across the business school to ensure the effective implementation of cross-projects.
We are thinking in a person with 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, wanting to join a multicultural team. This person has to be communicative, with management skills and business orientation.
The minimum requirements for the position are:
-Superior studies of Economics, Engineering or Computer Engineering.
-Experience working with Excel, Power Point and Access.
-High orientation to business and with high communication skills.
-High level of English, Catalan and Spanish.
-Permanent contract.
