Our client is company dedicates to the Oil and Gas industry and it is part of a Multinational Company, producer of seamless tubes.

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will be working in the administrative division and reporting to the Contracts Manager. Your objective will be to supervise the documentation for the projects.

You will be responsible for:

-Accurate administration and recording of each contract from commencement until final payment is received from the customer
-Co-ordinate closely with Project Management Team and other business units
-Prepare regular contract progress and cost reports
-Ensure the project is running on time and to budget
-Liaise with the Client/Operator and relevant stakeholders
-Monitor payments from customer, notify the CM of any apparent/potential payment problems to ensure appropriate actions are taken
-Work in accordance with the requirements of the main corporation


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

-Native o proficiency level of english
-Degree level – Degree in Business, Science or Project Management

Skills

-Prior contract/project coordination experience within the Oil and Gas Industry
-At least 2-3 years’ worth of specific project management experience

Soft Skills

-Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
-Outstanding organizational and coordination skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Other

-International travel may also be possible so applicants must be prepared to do this as well
