As a Remote Support Engineer you will be responsible for solveing remotely any technical issues of our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Solve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems.
- Assist Care Center Agents and Customers
- Assist Fiels Service Engineers
- Keep customers informed and build a close relationship with them
- Transmite all your knowledge about printing products to customers and peers
- Hight level of English and French
- Bachelor degre in Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar positions in printing background.
- Experience with 3D Softwares, 3D Printings or Graphics Arts products will be valued.
- Experience with Linux and Open SW will be valued
- Technical writting skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
