As a Technical trainer you will be responsible to transmit, and verify knowledge of multiple products. Contribute to knowledge tools and communities, provides technical support and input on the application.
More responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training to customer operators and/or field service engineer
- Able to learn complex hardware products in terms of mechanic, pneumatic and electronic.
- Soft skills to manage a class room of different background and cultures.
- Provides advice on solution and integration opportunities.
- Contributes to knowledge tools and communities and ensures project learning's are documented and shared.
- Collaborate with partners to develop content for the diferents methods (face to face, webinar, self paced of mobile learning).
- Ideali experience providing technical trainings or similar markets with strong mechanical/electronical skills.
- Able to comunicate dificult knowledge in different ways according to the audience.
- Capable of perform under high pressure.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Hight level of different combination of languages: German and Italian or French and Italian.
