Functions as a specialist providing operational support in a variety of Human Resources activities. Provides support in areas of HR including HR administration, operations, on-boarding, exits, program administration, metrics and reporting under the direction of an HR Generalist, Manager or Business Partner.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Hr Administration
Provide sound and timely support in all HR processes, including offer letters, employment contracts (as applicable to location), salary reviews, RSU planning, performance reviews, payroll interface, and HR information updates.
Provide sound and timely support for employee terminations including redeployment notification package preparation, exit process, coordination with outplacement service providers and local payroll and/or legal for dissemination of final payments.
Manage tracking, collection and filing of on-boarding/employment documents (e.g. offer letters, employment contracts, transfer letters), and exit documents (e.g. separation agreements and termination certificates). May also maintain employee personnel files.
Monitor the accuracy of Workday records and facilitate corrections as required.
Assist in the monitoring of training goals and records for the business unit to ensure attendance at required courses. May assist in the coordination of training activities.
Record and track progress of division goals as they pertain to HR.
May conduct exit interviews and discusses findings with HR Business Partner.
May assist with HR applications requirements and testing.
May assist with confidential internal HR related investigations.
Track and administer the business unit Autobucks allocations.
Provide first line resource assistance for employees; escalate to HR Generalist/Manager/Director as needed.
Regional or Geo HR Specialists may also:
Assist in the execution of compensation objectives, workforce planning goals, HR policies and procedures.
Partners with GEO Compensation Benefits groups to ensure that employee benefits programs are renewed and administered.
Monitor the recording and use of personal information in line with local and company Data Protection regulations.
Represent the company at job fairs and assist with recruiting for specific area of the business.
Keep benefit brochures, HR policies and procedures, and employee handbooks up-to- date.

HR BUSINESS AND/OR PROGRAM SUPPORT
Provide basic analysis to management on a variety of human resource-related measures and contribute to recommendations to management required to improve results.
Track and report program/project metrics and trends to assist manager with program/project assessment/evaluation. Understand and analyze data, interpret results. Raise flags about potential issues with manager. Suggest solutions and implement, if appropriate.
Assist with management of program/project budget. Track purchases related to the program/project and ensure bills are paid in a timely manner.
Contribute to program/project implementation and execution. Assist with preparing a variety of presentations in support of the program/project objectives.
Maintain, and revise as necessary, procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the program/project, which may include processes for renewing contracts, processing applications, monitoring and tracking performance, special mailing service, etc.
Manage program/project websites, both internal and external, including content, structure and posting. Assist in development of content on website; author, edit and post content.

BA, BS, HR or equivalent
2+ years in similar experience
Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, including writing and presentation
Highly organized and detail oriented with a proven ability to get the job done
Dedicated to service and customer orientated
Ability to work independently and multi-task
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to maintain and upbeat and positive attitude at all times
Comfortable in a fluid ever changing environment
Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint
Fluent in English, Italian and intermediate French
Ability to travel
