The main purpose this job position consists in to analyzing, designing and verifying all user controlled variables to offer Business best solutions for a desired system behavior.
The Analyst will investigate the optimum system conditions in close interaction with Businesses (7 countries) and System Developers.
Although their knowledge is focused on Parameters, an overall system/product knowledge is required in their daily investigations.
As an analyst your principle tasks would consist into:
-Overall system knowledge focused mainly on parameter analysis.
-Evaluate and follow up on system behavior due to parameter changes.
-Address, escalate and correct any obstacles caused by parameter changes.
-Communication on international level between Business (7 countries) and Developers.
-Participation in conference calls with the business and system developers to analyze parameter.
-Top-up knowledge on overall system enhancements, focused on parameters.
-Provide manuals and training to team and Business.

Requisitos:

- Technical background preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must. Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or Nordic languages is an advantage
- VISION Plus knowledge and Credit card / Banking functionality knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
- High communication skills & dedicated team player.
