The main purpose of this job position is being involved in the supervising, monitoring and maximising the quality and productivity of the Global Reach Team Responsible for ordering, coordinating and tracking International Global Reach orders vs. agreed KPIs. Your principle tasks would consist into:
- To take responsibility of the team and its overall performance, to ensure that the team performance is in line with Benchmarks
- Motivate members of the team by undertaking regular structured feedback to develop a culture that promotes problem solving skills on a team and individual basis to achieve continuous improvement
- To hold regular team meetings and feedback. Communicate company and department changes and provide guidance and support to team.
- To assist in the collation and analysis of statistical data for management reporting
-To assist with the recruitment and interviewing of new staff as required
- Quality check all aspects of teams workload to ensure that the team projects a professional image and provides quality service to all customers at all times
- Work close together with the International INCC and IOM team and make sure all tasks are carried out correctly and in time, improving the efficiency between IOM/INCC within/outside suppliers.
- Responsible for delivering off net leased line services into countries

- Responsible for the delivering of international Global Reach orders within SLA, CRD and CPD Targets.
- Have regular meetings/calls with suppliers to monitor given lead times / performance and take proactive action where necessary if performance is in jeopardy
- Use/create jeopardy reports to progress Global Reach orders
- Knowledge of the current services within the Global Reach portfolio:
oEthernet product suite, (MPLS Regional NNIs and SDH)
oPlain SDH / Sonet transmission services with the bandwidth of E1/T1, E3/T3 up to 10Gig wavelength services (pending on availability in the countries)
oLAN link service on basis of bespoke. Point to point & hub and spoke
oFR and ATM services
- Verifying and approving bespoke documents
- Checking and approving carrier invoices
- Responsible for the Global Reach Coordinators Team regarding objective setting and employee evaluation.
- Be first contact point re escalations etc
- To ensure proper documentation and maintaining Leased Line info in the order handling tools (OHS, Xtrac, CEOS, XNG, presales connectivity workflow tool & Oracle 11i).
Requisitos:
- Telecommunications background and understanding
- Preferably field engineering experience
- Detailed product skills is preferable
- Experienced project Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills in the English language
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- Strong person with ‘teeth’
- People Management skills
- Strongly motivated and excellent organisation skills
- Good time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to create reports for management

Condiciones económicas:
