CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR ENGLISH+FRENCH

A multinational company specialized in advancing electronics, communications, life sciences and chemical analysis with their European Service Center Office based in Barcelona. International and young work environment

They are currently searching for a Customer Service Supervisor to manage a dynamic customer service team and provide overall management and direct first level of supervision to the field sales/support activities in the area of Sales Admin, Order Management, Inventory Management, Quotations, Collections, Credit, Contracts, logistics and other functions.

As manager of the team you plan, organize, direct and control the activities and staff required to provide solutions, consulting and controls to one or more defined business areas or processes

Requisitos:

Fluent in ENGLISH + SPANISH+FRENCH
- - 3/5 years similar experience required.
- A degree in Business Administration or academic equivalent.
- Good management and leadership skills are required as well a strong emphasis on quality orientation and customer service.

Condiciones económicas:

Salario: 27.000 € - 36.000 € Bruto/año
Comisiones / incentivos: Restaurant tickets (7€ a day), Private Health Insu
