Nuestro cliente es una empresa multinacional dedicada a la comercialización de productos para la protección de cultivos y en la investigación, desarrollo y comercialización de semillas (convencionales y mejoradas genéticamente)
Payroll Management
• Ongoing maintenance and development of accurate and efficient payroll system and procedures.
• Preparation of wage and salary payrolls and maintain regular records of time worked
• Preparation of periodic and special reports on payroll matters.
• Internal and external point of contact for payroll related activities
• Preparation of HR SAP documentation as lead document in process for Veg/Row Crops
• To ensure promotions/new hires/transfers have necessary approvals prior to execution of change on payroll and related benefits.
• To work closely with the finance representative to comply with segregation of duties ie changes directed by HR and checked back/reconciled by finance. Finance representative to ensure statutory returns/social cost/taxation payments are made in timely manner.
Benefits Renewals/Administration
• To be responsible for administration of Country Specific benefit plans, for example Group Life Insurance, Medical Plans, Group Income Protection.
• Internal and external point of contact for benefit related activities
HR General Administration
• Perform administrative duties of a highly confidential nature and provides support to the Human Resources Manager as detailed below:
o To maintain and develop database of offer letters and terms and conditions of employment available to populate for new hires/promotions/transfers etc.
o To maintain policy/procedures for country and update where required in accordance with legislatory or market driven changes.
Requisitos:
Knowledge of payroll and administration systems within HR desirable. Advanced English level (written/spoken) required as position is based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Headquarters
1-2 years experience within Human Resources/Payroll.
Degree level of equivalent, studying for professional qualification in administrative area or HR preferred.
