Their services are not aimed for residential market.•The company began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year the company completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that they could offer voice and transmission services. •The company is now present in Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. Among the services provided we can name: Ethernet, Internet Access, Broadcast, Voice Line, Lanlink, etc.
•As a Costumer Communication Advisor you will have to produce customer letters & Communications for the Retail and Wholesale customers and working together with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service:
oCommunications to be produced at defined stages within the Service Delivery Process
oCommunications to be produced using CCOM, OH&P and also on a manual basis using MS Word, and message reach as required
•Act as point of contact for Customer Communications for a defined customer base and liaise with the customer and sales channels to obtain missing information where appropriate.
•Produce Customer Letters and collating information on a Pan-European basis where required
•Work with back office departments to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders and provide updates to the customer as required
•Provide accurate and timely feedback on Customer Letters to the customer and support teams
•To facilitate an outcome on Customer Letter queries & Communication Queries, ensuring the correct departments are engaged & Escalating when appropriate
•Act as point of receipt for all Customer Letter related enquiries and queries and follow these through with the relevant departments, ensuring all SLA’s are adhered too.
Working hours:
•39 hrs/ week
•Monday to Friday
Requisitos:
•Native Dutch, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian or French + Business Level of English
•Previous working experience in Administration/Customer Care (at least 1-2 years)
•Excellent customer facing skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good decision making skills and close attention to details
•Team player skills, ability to work unsupervised
Condiciones económicas:
18.000€ gross per year (12 payments)
