EUROPEAN TEAM LEADER SPECIALIZED IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR

•The company is an award winning and leading provider of Data, Voice and Managed Services to business and government in Europe. Their services are not aimed for residential market.•The company began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year the company completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that they could offer voice and transmission services. •The company is now present in Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. Among the services provided we can name: Ethernet, Internet Access, Broadcast, Voice Line, Lanlink, etc.

•As a Team Leader your main task will be to supervise, monitor and maximise the quality and productivity of a Global Reach Team
•You will be responsible for ordering, coordinating and tracking International Global Reach orders
•Motivate members of the team by undertaking regular structured feedback by team meetings and develop a culture that promotes problem solving skills on a team and individual basis to achieve continuous improvement
•Assist in the collation and analysis of statistical data for management reporting
•Assist with the recruitment and interviewing of new staff as required
•Quality check all aspects of teams workload to ensure that the team projects a professional image and provides quality service to all customers at all times
•Work close together with the International teams and make sure all tasks are carried out correctly and in time, improving the efficiency between the company and exterior suppliers
•Build and develop relationships with suppliers by having regular meetings/calls with them to monitor given lead times / performance
•Checking and approving carrier invoices and reports
•Preferably knowledge of the current services within the Global Reach portfolio:
oEthernet product suite, (MPLS Regional NNIs and SDH), Plain SDH / Sonet transmission services with the bandwidth of E1/T1, E3/T3 up to 10Gig wavelength services (pending on availability in the countries)
oLAN link service on basis of bespoke. Point to point & hub and spoke
oVPN services for backbone capacities to India only
oFR and ATM services

Working Hours
•Monday-Friday
•USA hours: 14:00-21:00 or 15:00-22:00 + some nights

Requisitos:

•Telecommunications background and understanding
•Preferably field engineering experience
•Experienced project Management is a must
•Excellent Communication skills in the English language
•Excellent Customer Service Skills
•Excellent Negotiation skills
•People Management skills
•Strongly motivated and excellent organisation skills
•Experience in using MS Office- Word, Excel

Salary : From 30.000 € gross/ year – depending on experience
