•The company is an award winning and leading provider of Data, Voice and Managed Services to business and government in Europe. Their services are not aimed for residential market.•The company began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year the company completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that they could offer voice and transmission services. •The company is now present in Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. Among the services provided we can name: Ethernet, Internet Access, Broadcast, Voice Line, Lanlink, etc.
•As a Billing Advisor you will be the primary contact for all incoming customer queries relating to billing.
•Responsible for owning and resolving the Level 1 queries: e.g. check payment records, provide copy invoices, carry out address changes and assist with customer data management in various systems by interrogating the billing systems.
•Responsible for escalating through the query to Level 2.
•Assist complaints team to resolve billing complaints.
•Provide general customer service support as back-up to rest of the team if required.
•Assist in other tasks as requested by line manager as and when required.
Requisitos:
•Native Dutch or German + Business Level of English
•Previous working experience in Administration/Customer Care (at least 1-2 years)
•Excellent customer management and telephone skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good decision making skills and close attention to details
•High level of initiative and business awareness
•Intermediate Word and Excel
•Team player skills
Condiciones económicas:
•Company Transportation (bus from Plaza España)
•Restaurant Tickets: 142 euros/month

•39 hrs/ week
•Shifts: morning/afternoon and weekends (Night Hour Bonus)
18.000€ gross per year (12 payments)
20.000€ gross per year after probation period
